Job title: Brand Manager
Age: from 25 - 35
Skills & Abilities: • Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing;
• Presentation skills, persuasiveness, adaptability, innovation, good judgment;
• Effective skills in oral and written communication, both in Arabic and English; French is a plus;
• Knowledge of computer applications as they apply to job responsibilities;
• Ability to analyze, interpret and use data in decision-making;
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
• Dynamic, sense of initiative.
Main duties:
• Spend enough time with customers and report findings
• Liaise regularly with the sales team.
• Devise and Implement the marketing plan in agreement with top management.
• Development of point of sale material and in-store marketing communications.
• Oversee merchandising activities.
• Implementation of marketing campaigns and event management.
• Media booking follow-up and updating.
• Monitoring stock inventory and reordering of product.
• Establishment of PRDs and MRDs for new brands, comparison between each other and highlighting major differences.
• Keep abreast of competition and market through visits to customers, prospects and outlets.
• Establish statistics and monitor KPI’s.
• Monitor, review, and issues reports to the top management.
Other tasks in line with this function may be requested.
Required qualifications:
1. Education level:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent curriculum
2. Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Language:
Arabic, English and French is a plus
